The Tribe is a community we are building where people can feel free to ask the questions they really have, and where someone with experience can share what they know, even when their answer is different from what others might expect.
WHY THE TRIBE
Why build another online community?
We have more ways to connect with each other than ever before, yet so much of what we do online has become about following, scrolling, reacting and moving on.
We want The Tribe to create room for something different.
A place where you can ask the question you actually have. Where someone on the other side of the world might have lived through exactly what you are trying to figure out. Where they can tell you what worked, what did not, what they would do differently, and you can decide what you want to do with that experience.
Because sometimes the answer will be different from what most people expect. Sometimes people will disagree. Sometimes one person's experience will completely contradict another's.
We do not need to arrive at the same answer to learn from each other.
The value of a community is in having access to what each of us has lived.
That is the beginning of The Tribe.
A community built around questions, lived experience and the freedom to explore different answers.
FREEDOM
Freedom looks different
from one life to another.
Freedom is personal.
For one person, it might mean having more control over their time. For another, it is choosing where in the world to live, how to work, how to educate their children, how to use their money, or which ideas they want to explore.
It can show up in the decisions we make about work, family, education, money, technology, movement and the way we spend our days.
You do not need to have figured any of it out before you belong in the conversation.
You might be questioning something you have always taken for granted. You might be standing at the beginning of a change. You might already have years of experience living differently and be able to help someone who is asking the questions you once had.
“The person asking ‘Could I?’ belongs in the same conversation as the person saying ‘I did. Here is what happened.’”
That is what I mean when I talk about freedom seekers.
AROUND THE FIRE
Come sit around the fire.
Some of the most useful conversations begin with a simple question.
You ask something you really want to know. Someone else has been there before.
They share what happened, another person brings a completely different experience, and the conversation grows from there.
Nobody needs to have the final answer.
We bring what we know, what we have lived and what we are still trying to understand.

The Tribe?
You arrive as yourself.
Maybe you have a question. Maybe you have lived through something someone else is trying to understand. You might be building something, changing something, exploring an idea, or simply curious about how other people are finding their own way.
There is no one way you have to take part.
01 / ASK
Bring the question you really have. It can be practical, personal, unfinished, or something you have been carrying around for a while.
02 / SHARE
Tell someone what you have lived. What worked, what did not, what surprised you, and what you would do differently now.
03 / LISTEN
Sometimes you just want to hear how other people see it. Follow the conversation, read what people share, and take from it what is useful to you.
04 / BUILD
Bring what you are creating. An idea, a business, a different way of living, a project that needs another pair of eyes, or something that has barely made it out of your head yet.
05 / DISAGREE
Bring another experience or point of view. We can reach different conclusions and still leave room for the conversation to continue.
You might arrive with the question today and have an answer to someone else's tomorrow.
You decide how you take part.
WHO
Different roads. Different questions.
Different experiences.
The Tribe is not built around everyone living the same kind of life.
Someone might arrive wondering:
And somewhere inside The Tribe, another person might recognise the question.
Not because they have the answer.
Because they have lived an answer.
That is who you will meet here.
People at different points on different roads.
In one conversation, you might be the person asking where to begin. In another, you might have ten years of experience someone else has been searching for.
The roles are never fixed.

HOW IT WORKS
Find the conversation.
Or start one.
The Tribe is not a feed you have to keep up with.
You do not need to arrive every day, read everything you missed or have something to say every time you open the door.
You come in looking for what matters to you.
Maybe there is already a conversation about the question you have. You can read what others have shared, ask something further, or add your own experience.
And if that conversation does not exist yet?
START IT.
Ask the question.
TELL PEOPLE
what you are trying to understand.
SHARE ENOUGH
of the story for someone else to recognize where their experience might help.
FROM THERE,
the conversation belongs to the people having it.
Someone might answer directly. Someone might ask another question. Someone might share a completely different experience. Someone else might simply say:
“I have been wondering about this too.”
You decide which conversations you enter, which people you connect with and how much of yourself you want to share.
The useful things do not have to disappear.
A conversation today might answer a question someone else brings six months from now.
Experiences shared inside The Tribe can become something others can find, return to and continue building on rather than disappearing the moment the conversation moves on.
The Tribe will have its own online home, built for the community rather than borrowed from a social media feed. Inside, conversations can have their own spaces, people can find one another around shared questions and interests, and what has been shared can remain useful long after it was first posted.
Come when you have a question. Stay for a conversation. Return when you have something to share.
The Tribe will still be here.
THE COMMUNITY NEEDS A FOUNDATION
Here is how we build one.
MEMBERSHIP
One membership.
The whole Tribe.
You do not join The Tribe for one topic, one group or one kind of conversation.
Your membership gives you access to the community as a whole.
The questions people bring. The experiences they share. The conversations already happening and the ones that have not started yet.
You can move between the things that matter to you as your life changes.
Today, you might be trying to understand how someone moved their family across borders. A year from now, you might be the person answering that question for someone else.
You might come for conversations about business and find yourself learning about food, education, technology or a way of living you had never considered before.
Your membership does not decide what you come to The Tribe for. You do.
Stay for as long as The Tribe is useful to you.
Membership is monthly.
There is no expectation that you stay because you joined early, because someone invited you, or because you have become part of a particular conversation.
If The Tribe continues to be a place you want to return to, stay.
If it no longer is, you can leave.
The membership price begins at $88 a month.
But $88 is not where we want the price to stay.
As The Tribe grows, the membership price will come down.
Not as a temporary discount. Not as a sale.
As part of the way The Tribe is being built.
The destination is $8 a month.
And once we reach it, $8 becomes the standard membership price.

THE MEMBERSHIP MODEL
As The Tribe grows,
the price comes down.
Most memberships become more expensive over time.
We are building The Tribe differently.
The membership price starts at $88 a month. As more people join The Tribe, the price moves down in $10 steps.
The price changes when there are enough active members for the next lower membership price to still generate at least $10,000 in gross monthly membership revenue.
The people joining are not unlocking a cheaper version of The Tribe.
It is the same community.
The difference is that more people are now sharing the cost of keeping it going.
What if I join before the price reaches $8?
You pay the membership price that applies at that stage of The Tribe.
As the membership price comes down, your monthly price comes down with it.
You do not remain stuck at the price you joined at.
What if I join later?
You join at the membership price The Tribe has reached at that time.
There is no need to wait for a promotion, discount code or special offer.
The price changes because the community grows.
$8 is the lowest the membership price will go.
Once The Tribe reaches that point, the decreasing-price phase is complete and $8 becomes the standard monthly membership price.
Why build it this way?
Because the value of The Tribe grows with the people who take part in it.
More people means more lived experience around the fire. More questions someone may recognise. More roads already travelled. More people who might be able to say, “I have been there.”
Growth should therefore make The Tribe more accessible, not less.
“The more people there are around the fire, the less each person needs to carry to keep it burning.”
VOICES OF THE TRIBE
Some Voices Will Carry Further.
The Tribe grows through the people who find value in it and decide to bring others around the fire.
Some members may simply invite a friend into a conversation.
Others may already have communities, audiences, networks or people who regularly turn to them because of what they know and what they have lived.
We call them Voices.
A Voice is someone who introduces people to The Tribe and becomes part of the reason those people find their way here.
But bringing people in is only part of it.
A Voice might start conversations. Share experiences. Ask questions that open something up for someone else. Bring knowledge from a road they have already travelled. Or simply help more people discover that this community exists.
You do not need to be an influencer to have a Voice.
You do not need thousands of followers.
You do not need a polished personal brand.
You do not need to become a content creator.
A Voice can begin with one person saying to another:
“You might find what you are looking for here.”
When a Voice helps The Tribe grow, The Tribe can give something back.
Once The Tribe is large enough to support it, part of the monthly membership revenue will be set aside for the Voices who helped bring active members into the community.
The more active members who found The Tribe through a Voice, the greater that Voice's share can become.
We are not trying to put a price on whose experience matters most.
The model does not rank people by how often they speak, how popular their opinions are or how much attention their posts receive.
It looks at something much simpler:
Did someone find their way into The Tribe through you, and are they still here?
Being a member and being a Voice are not the same thing.
You can be part of The Tribe without ever becoming a Voice.
You can ask, listen, share, build and participate without bringing a single new member.
Nothing about your place in the community depends on how many people you introduce to it.
Voices help the circle grow.
But the Voice model does not begin paying out from the first member.
First, The Tribe has to become large enough to sustain itself.

That is the number that changes what happens next.
THE FLOOR
Why 1,667?
Before The Tribe begins sharing membership revenue with Voices, it first needs to be able to sustain itself.
That is where 1,667 active members comes from.
At that point, the membership price has already reached its floor:
$8 / month
And every membership can be divided in a very simple way:

stays with The Tribe
to build, operate and continue growing the community.

goes into the Voice pool
to be shared with the Voices who helped bring active members into The Tribe.
The pool starts when the foundation can carry it.
We could begin sharing revenue earlier.
But doing that would mean taking money away from the community before it has reached the minimum monthly revenue we decided it needs to sustain itself.
So we wait.
The first 1,666 active members help build the foundation.
At 1,667, the Voice pool switches on.
From there, the pool grows with The Tribe.
How does a Voice receive a share?
Each Voice is connected to the members they introduce to The Tribe.
Once the Voice pool is active, their share is based on how many of those members are still active.
The more active members who found The Tribe through a Voice, the larger that Voice's monthly payout can become.
The Voice pool is not there to turn every conversation into a transaction.
It is there because people who help a community grow are creating value for that community.
Once The Tribe can sustain itself, we want some of that value to travel back to the people helping expand the circle.
First, build a community that can stand on its own.
Then, share what grows beyond its foundation.

The Tribe begins here.
What you have been reading is the vision for The Tribe.
The community itself does not exist yet.
Before there can be conversations around the fire, member spaces, Voices or the first 1,667 members, we need to build the place where all of that can happen.
That is the stage we are at now.
We have chosen the platform we want to build The Tribe on. It will give the community its own online home and its own app, rather than asking people to gather inside another social media platform.
The first build will be crowdfunded.
Rather than pretending the platform already exists, we are inviting the people who believe in the idea to help us bring the first version to life.
The first crowdfunding milestone will fund the initial platform setup, the first month of Jedari Elite and the costs of getting The Tribe through the door.

Reaching that milestone will not mean The Tribe is finished.
It will mean we can begin.
There will be a before.
A time when there was no community yet.
No conversations. No members. No Voices. No 1,667.
Just an idea, a lot of questions and the decision to begin.
And there will be an after.
When someone asks a question and another person, somewhere else in the world, answers:
“I have been there.”
And between those two moments?
We build.
We are keeping notes along the way.
Not only about what we build, but about the questions, decisions, mistakes and discoveries that shape it.

QUESTIONS
A few things you might still be wondering.
Is The Tribe already open?
Not yet. We are currently building toward the first version of The Tribe. The first step is crowdfunding the platform that will become its online home.
Do I need to support the crowdfunding campaign to join later?
No. Supporting the campaign helps us build the first version of The Tribe, but it is not a requirement for becoming a member when membership opens.
How much will The Tribe cost?
Membership will begin at $88 a month. As The Tribe grows, the price will decrease in $10 steps until it reaches $8 a month, which becomes the standard membership price.
If I join at a higher price, will I keep paying that amount?
No. When The Tribe reaches the member threshold for the next lower price, the membership price comes down for existing members too.
Why not start at $8?
Because The Tribe needs a minimum of $10,000 in gross monthly membership revenue to support the community. Starting higher allows the community to begin with fewer members and makes it possible for the price to come down as more people share the cost.
Do I have to become a Voice?
No. Being a Voice is entirely separate from simply being a member. You can ask questions, share experiences, join conversations and be part of The Tribe without ever bringing another member into the community.
Can anyone become a Voice?
Yes. Any member can become a Voice.
You do not need a large audience, a personal brand or a certain number of followers. If you introduce someone to The Tribe and they become an active member through you, they can count toward your Voice contribution.
The Voice pool itself begins paying out once The Tribe reaches 1,667 active members.
When do Voices begin receiving payouts?
The Voice pool begins once The Tribe reaches 1,667 active members. At that point, $2 from every $8 monthly membership goes into the Voice pool while $6 per membership continues to support The Tribe.
Do I need to agree with everyone in The Tribe?
No. Different experiences and different conclusions are part of the reason The Tribe exists. What matters is leaving room for another person to have reached a different answer.
What can I talk about inside The Tribe?
There is no single subject The Tribe is built around. Conversations might begin with family, work, education, money, technology, travel, food, building something of your own, or a question none of us has thought of yet.
What if I only want to read and listen?
That is participation too. You do not have to post, answer questions or join every conversation. You decide how you take part.
